Designed a feature that gives users quick access to their most-used card information, balancing convenience with security. Developed based on user interviews and testing to ensure it met real needs and addressed safety concerns.

QR Pay

Developed a payment feature in UChoose that allows users to pay without a physical credit card, solving the problem of forgotten cards. Current phase focuses on payment scanning integration and exclusive perks for Central The 1 card members.

 

Conducted user interviews to uncover pain points and design solutions that enhance usability, followed by usability testing to ensure intuitive navigation and effective application use.

Designed an online credit card and loan application feature on UChoose, allowing users to apply from home without paperwork or branch visits. Enabled instant digital card usage, letting customers shop online immediately—meeting the need for speed and convenience in modern banking.
