✔ Background Calling: Minimize the call screen to multitask on your device.

Admin Content

Easily create and share various types of content with your colleagues. You can manage access and permissions for both user groups and individuals.

✔ Organize with Folders: Categorize documents into

folders for easy navigation and access.

✔ Attach Files & Images: Enhance your documents by attaching relevant files and images.

✔ Create & Track Quizzes: Build quizzes to assess knowledge and monitor the results.

Add Permission

Enhancing the 'Add Permission' workflow in the back-end to make it more user-friendly.

 

The Problem:Currently, selecting a permission from a long, multi-level list can push the selection box off-screen, making it impossible for users to make a selection.

 

The Solution:

✔ Instead of expanding, the menu will now update in place to show the next level of options.

✔ Add a "Back" button to return to the previous level.

✔ New "Search" function will be included for direct access to any permission level.

Challenges

Eko emerged just before COVID-19, when remote work was starting to gain attention. The challenge was to understand the needs of organizations for an internal communication hub and design features that supported communication, collaboration, feedback, and engagement. The goal was to bring all these tools together into a seamless, intuitive interface that could support different roles while maintaining simplicity, accessibility, and trust at scale.
